I love graphic design because it’s all about “creative visual communication.” It is a fascinating puzzle that utilizes my creativity and technical skills and continuously pushes me to learn and grow. It’s a fantastic challenge that I absolutely love.

Hi! My name is Danny Waddell. I am a freelance graphic designer and marketer based in Hawai‘i. I specialize in digital and print design, editorial design, logo and brand development, social media marketing, email marketing, web design, and copywriting services. I offer design services to businesses of all sizes.

Building relationships with clients is something I pride myself on. I believe relationships are the foundation for any endeavor. Working with me means you get committed design service directly from me—one of the many advantages of hiring a freelancer.

When you work with me, I handle both the creative side and your account, so messages don’t get lost through the chain of command, and I have a solid understanding of your business needs and aspirations.

I love what I do and view it more as play than work. In my free time, I enjoy photography, my yoga practice, surfing, taking classes to improve my skills, and reading books that add value to my life. I also like to keep up with personal projects as much as I can.

LOCATION

Clients have wondered if living in Hawai‘i has negative effects on the design process. I can say without a doubt, that it does not. Seeing as how telecommuting has become so prevalent in our society, location doesn’t need to be a deal-breaker anymore. I have clients in multiple locations in the United States, and we communicate effectively by phone, Zoom, Skype, and email.
